The roomy club is pretty impressive with four main floors, three bars, two dance floors AND a stage for the musical performances. Past acts at Scala include Coldplay, Adam Ant, The Libertines, Lionel Richie and this week, Angel Haze. Quite the variety, but none of which shy away from real talent.

The architecture from cinema to club is rather intriguing we must say.

Anna has always had a soft yet effective style about her, on screen and off, it never seems overdone or too intense. She holds aspects of classic beauty, the dainty nose, the big eyes, but with a pinch of cheekiness thrown in too.

Our all time favourite look on her has got be be the Pushing Daisies character Chuck who has style beyond compare that suits Anna magnificently.

Chuck is neat cuts, bold colours and minimal jewels, but when she does accessorize, she does it very well. The character has a very Audrey Hepburn-esqe appeal, someone of which we also adore and with good reason. And with summer finally showing its face we couldn’t resist the flowery patterns, floaty gowns and insect jewels she is fond of adorning herself in.

A funky little bar, just around the corner from bullring shopping centre – perfect for a little breather after an intense shopping trip. With lovely staff and customers, its easy to relax and forget that you’re actually in the city center.

They have international draught and fussball, which could match nicely with some of your bullring purchases, the latest top trends being varsity jackets and baseball caps – but of course you already knew that.

Oh also, every Wednesday, Friday & Saturday a selection of DJs play the 60s, Indie, Funk, Soul & Rock ‘n Roll in the basement below, as well as upcoming bands on tour. EE recently attended ‘#MAG #BandsOnTour‘ and were blown away by the performances, Witch Hunt and Daytona Lights were especially impressive.

This weekend (Saturday 11th) The Tricks will be playing at the venue, and they are not one to miss, with influences such as The Strokes, Bruce Springsteen and The Clash, we’re pretty sure we will be everything but unimpressed.

We love her style as you already know (clean cut meets vamp), so we decided to pick up on some darker hues but keep a crisp wardrobe in the mix too. We find this 60s/70s dark hippy look works rather well, its not a particularly sweet look, yet its too delicate to be haunting. From the jewellery to the make up we see this style as subtle yet incredibly distinctive.

Lace, leather & flowers are definitely going to play a part in EE’s personal wardrobes this summer.
